KMI Builders was never built to be the biggest name in Southern Highlands construction, only the most trusted. That distinction has taken more than three decades to earn, one considered project and one enduring relationship at a time.


Our story began as a small, locally owned building business. From the outset, Kim & Kate Middleton set a standard that has never wavered. Every client, regardless of the scale of their project, deserved the same calibre of craftsmanship, the same transparency and the same unwavering commitment to quality. We specialise in natural stone, including local sandstone and bluestone, and hardwood timber across flooring, cladding and structural elements, each selected with the same meticulous care we bring to every commission. These material choices honour the Southern Highlands' village and rural character while standing up to frost cycles, moisture and intense UV exposure with genuine longevity.
