Led by Kim & Kate Middleton, we've spent more than three decades constructing architecturally distinctive homes for discerning families, underpinned by Master Builders Association of NSW membership and a portfolio of award-winning craftsmanship.

A Legacy of Craft

KMI Builders began as a small, locally owned building business and has grown into the Southern Highlands' benchmark for luxury residential construction, without ever losing the personal, considered approach that first earned our reputation.


Over more than 30 years, Kim & Kate Middleton and our team have come to know every corner of this region intimately, from the sandstone country surrounding Berrima to the sweeping acreage estates near Moss Vale, and we draw on that local expertise to create homes that are perfectly suited to the land, the climate and the discerning clients who commission them.


What distinguishes KMI Builders isn't only the calibre of our building work, it's the enduring relationships we form with our clients. We specialise in natural stone, including local sandstone and bluestone, and hardwood timber across flooring, cladding and structural elements, each selected with the same meticulous care we bring to every commission.
